Schlage D series (commercial) DOUBLE storeroom set with Omega style levers. Both levers are always locked and opened only by key. Lock comes with Schlage Everest key cylinders. Backset is 2 3/4. Finish is Satin Nickel (619/US15). This is the original model, no longer manufactured.
