Refund policy

All items are carefully checked before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will issue a refund within 14 days (verified by shipping record) of your receipt of the item. Once we receive the returned item, Benton Lock Online will issue a refund less original shipping costs. Returned items are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns to be processed.
