Medeco All Weather AWP Series Padlocks

High-security with Key Control

The Medeco All Weather Padlock (AWP) offers the highest level of severe weather protection. The body is solid 303 stainless steel with stainless steel shackles. A weatherproof cylinder seal cap, attached by a stainless steel cable, seals the cylinder from harsh environments. The AWP is not only weatherproof, it is also a high security padlock when a Medeco 4 (M4) cylinder is included. M4 cylinders provide the benefit of patented key control and resistance to to surreptitious attacks. These cylinders protect against bumping, picking, or other attacks. Available in 5/16" or 7/16" shackle diameters with short and long shackle clearances. 

Key Control 

Registered key blank is restricted to lock shop where the lock is purchased and is not available elsewhere. Keys can only be duplicated with authorized signature, and every copy is labeled and accounted for in a secure off-line file. 

Applications

The AWP series is designed for installations requiring service in harsh weather conditions. Applications include outdoor perimeter fencing, gates, tool cabinets, storage and transportation cargo containers.
