Complete leverset with keyed deadbolt and lower passage set with thumblatch and Farmington-style lever on Everly rosette. Lower hardware retracts passage latch with a thumbpiece on outside and passage lever on inside. Deadbolt is keyed on outside with thumbturn on inside. Lever is left-handed. Fits doors 1 1/8 -1 3/4" thick. Schlage keyway (SC1) is standard. Backset is adjustable for 2 3/8 or 2 3/4". Available in oil rubbed bronze, satin nickel, polished brass, or polished chrome finishes.
